Jim grew up in Birmingham, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. He went to college at Kent State University on a swimming scholarship, where he met and married his wife Dorothy. They have two sons.Jim retired from the pharmaceutical management business in Western Pennsylvania in 1994, and he and Dorothy moved to Florida. Jim entered real state in Florida in 1994 and has been active since then as a broker and resort manager.
When Jim isn’t selling real estate, he is either on the golf course, tennis court, fishing the Intracoastal Waterway or nearby lakes, or spending time with his grandkids.Jim feels that volunteering and giving back to the community in which you live is important. He regularly volunteers at the Local Elks Lodge #2709, where he is a life member, and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Family Life Center. The Family Life Center provides a shelter for victims of domestic violence.
